All of the orders booked on are shipped worldwide by reputed courier partners as FedEx, USPS, DHL & UPS. We also operate through FedEx overnight services to make sure your package is delivered to your home the very next day.

We do not work on weekends and hence if you place order on Friday after 2 PM it would be processed on Monday. It is important to note that the delivery time is subjected to shipping addresses and content of the package and the holidays.

Our refund policy

If you do not get a package within a stipulated time period or the received package is in bad condition, we will issue a full refund or reship your order. You will be asked to send the picks of products received in a bad condition. If you think you are dissatisfied with the medicines you have received, you should inform this to us immediately and return the same in an undamaged condition. We will issue you a full refund in that condition as well.
