If you want to cancel an order from your end, do it within three hours of making the payment. Once your payment is through the three hour slot and the order is forwarded to the Shipping Department, no refunds will be issued.
If a customer does not receive the order within 21 days of processing the payment, customers can apply for refund. But, in the following cases we issue no refund:
- Customer changes address
- Customer provide us wrong address
- Order gets delivered at the right address but there is no one to make claim.

If customers claim that the products received are ineffective, the customers can apply for refund only after notifying us about the same the very next day. Also, we issue full refund only if the medicines are found to be in the same undamaged condition as it was delivered. If it cannot be resold, we are not liable to pay you anything. Also, we credit the amount back to the same account from which we receive the payment.
There are certain cases where the customers can apply for reshipment
If there is a delay in delivering products to the customers, inform our customer care executives about it via phone call, chat or mail & we will check for the status from our end. If it's lost on the way we arrange for a reshipping of your order immediately.
We have a shipping department that packs and ships all the products very carefully. But, in the rarest of rare cases, if some part of the products get damaged during the process of transit, the customer can apply for a free reshipment. But, these are the pre-requisites that you need to follow up first:
- Clear picture of the envelope, box etc.
- The total order you have placed.
- Order number
- Proof of Payment
If less than 50% of the products are damaged, the equivalent of the damaged product would be shipped with the next order. But, if the customer needs an immediate reshipment, we pay the equivalent amount depending on the condition of pills and you have to pay the shipping fee.
